I'm looking for a book, I think the title might be along the lines of "Culture of...

The book is about the culture of people in poverty, such examples include how the kids play together (ie:basketball) where lower SES individuals tend to pick on each other more because it's part of their culture, interacting with each other giving each other a hard time. However, higher SES individuals have trouble relating to this and can arouse conflict. The book may also talk about the idea of the poverty cycle and how these cultural values tend to be cyclical, making it impossible for people to escape their SES... If I hear the title I'm pretty sure I'll remember it... Thanks
