Save your money. MTX Terminator model TN400/4 Bridged it's 150 rms @ 4 ohm x 2 from cruchfield this would be a very good amp for your subs.But it's $199 i'm not sure what your budget is so here is another good amp not quite so high priced. Kenwood KAC-7203 2-Channel Power Amplifier

Depending on if they are p1's or not you should be fine. Off the top of my head i believe that the P1's have an RMS of 190 i believe? I have 2 kicker CVR's bridged on a 400 watt clarion amp and they are only getting 190 watts each and they still hit harder then any of my friends. I would say your definately fine.
