...amount of fat and gain some muscle? I am 15 years old, average strength, 170 cm tall and weigh around 62kgs. I need some help to build a training plan so i can loose a few kilos, gain some muscle and increase my strength. i don't have much equipment, only some dumbbells. i would also like to know some foods that i can eat to help build muscle.
