The Light of the Hospital Ward (ep. 23)

Is Tsugumi having an extreme vision?

A-game, Hajime, remeraber that.

Tsugumi changed her hair for no reason... Yeah, that was meant to be random.

In case you're wondering, my mom works as a nurse at a local hospital here(actually, it's pretty famous here, so not so local), seeing how everyone is nice here, I compare there to this hospital.

Ah, this episode feels nice, but when will the dramaticness settle in?

Even Ai knows this isn't right. This feels like something out of the Metal Gear games.

What just happened? All of a sudden Tsugumi's in a parallel universe?

Ai was expecting Stephen Hawking to be there, but there was a malfunction, so that's why Tsugumi's there instead. Did I just answer my own question?

Forgot to record it last Tuesday night. I hate this schedule change, and thus I begin worry about anime's future on IFC as well. But for now, let's see what backstory we learn from this episode...

I knew Brina Palencia (who voices Ai) could sing, but in character? Awesome.

It would've been better if this episode had no ending, to make it even more intense.

Okay, yeah, she deserves to die! Even if she was a (somewhat) tragic character.

I know I'm jumping ahead here, but we're almost 2/3 done with this show. Any news on what other shows (Funi or otherwise) are coming to IFC?
 
I have no sympathy for Tsugumi. She was out of her mind to think the Hell Girl operation was a good thing. It's presumptuous to think you can damn someone to Hell, not to mention a needless huge sacrifice on your own part.

Hmm, I thought Ai could reject requests, like she did with that corporate lady. But last week's ep plus this scene with the broken toy indicated that she couldn't.

Tsugumi looks pretty good for someone hit by a truck. Then again, you should see the truck.

How come Ai always wears a robe when she soaks?

Seven-year-old fanservice. O.K........

I guess today's ep will give us all the information behind Ai's origin. I wasn't even sure if Ai was the sacrifice, and I wondered why it was Sentoru's job to bury her.

I guess she still holRAB a grudge.

The conversation about A-Game seemed almost outta place but for some reason as it went on it became funnier and funnier. So were the constant doorslams.

So auntie was completely nuts and even seemed to like going to hell...with her sister skull! You know I'm starting to think these ppl who's going to hell is going to have a "helluva" party!
 
I'm talking about the scene at the start of the latest ep, where Tsugumi's frienRAB tell her that a boy bully broke this frog toy that one of them had.
 
This episode kind of reminRAB me of a '50s Tales from the Crypt comic I heard about in some articles on the TV show when the DVRAB were coming out. I forget what the villain did (I think he murdered someone on the opposing team), but I do know he was murdered by the opposing team and his body parts were used as baseball equipment. *UGH* That scene, among others, led to TftC being banned back in the 50s.

I've also been giving IT Crowd a try, but I don't think I'm feeling this Britcom thing.
 
That, my friend, is called a running gag, something that shows such as Fairly Oddparents does.

Also, Hone Onna messing around was pretty funny, too.
