If you are old enough to remember (and I suppose not too old to forget).

What environmental improvements? have you noticed since the creation of the EPA.
For example, when I was growing up where I live we took the summer haze (smog) for granted, now the air is clear and clean. People can no breath easier without the poison and particulates.

When you consider the improvements would you want to get rid of the EPA

Rivers don't catch on fire anymore.
The air in Denver isn't brown anymore.
The fish from our rivers and lakes are safe to eat again.
Life expectancy is up.
Profiteers aren't building schools out of poison (lead, asbestos, etc.) for $$.
