...the NFL if i kicked 65yrds? I kick 65 yards, well actually 62 is my max, can i still get drafted if i play for UTSA next year?
 
No. NFL teams don't really care if you kicked one fluke field goal on a windy day, they want to see consistency. If you can successfully kick 62 yard field goals on a consistent basis than you'll probably go in the 4th round, which equates to the first round for kickers... don't really matter what year you enter the draft.
 
Of course you can. The sky is the limit my friend :)

You may also want to look into the CFL (Canadian Football League) as a place to start so scouts will start to notice you
