if i bike can i loose weight ?

that's a good start! just watch what you eat and eat well. and good portions. you may want to do some muscle toning along with the cardio so you can gain some muscle and burn fat more efficiently.

you could probably lose about 5-7 pounds depending on your diet and how well you keep up with it. also change up the difficulty and distance with time. i.e. more hills and challenges, 2 hours instead of 1 hour, 20 miles etc.
 
It's impossible to tell you how much weight you will lose.

Aerobic exercise like riding a bike helps burn calories, which is the key to weight loss. If you burn more calories than your body needs to maintain your current weight then you will lose weight.

If you bike for an hour then head down to Burger King and wash down two double Whoppers with a trash can full of Coca-Cola then no, you will not lose weight.
