that's a good start! just watch what you eat and eat well. and good portions. you may want to do some muscle toning along with the cardio so you can gain some muscle and burn fat more efficiently.
you could probably lose about 5-7 pounds depending on your diet and how well you keep up with it. also change up the difficulty and distance with time. i.e. more hills and challenges, 2 hours instead of 1 hour, 20 miles etc.
