If during the kickoff the kicker...?

If during the kickoff the kicker accidentally slips before kicking the ball, and he falls on top of the ball, pushing it a little, does that count as a kickoff?

Well it depends, if one of the defenders touch it then yes, if not then its a penalty and no.

If it doesn't go ten yards, then it is a penalty

He has to actually kick the ball. Falling on and/or bumping the ball is not a kickoff. The rules are pretty clear about this.

If it goes forward, the kicking team can't touch the ball before it goes 10 yards, but its a live ball. If he fell and missed the ball I think it may be called offsides and they re-kick after the penalty.
