If a bridge a 300.4 amp does that mean it has 1200 watts?

I have a 850.4 kicker digital amplifier and i was wondering if that ment I cant bridge all 4 out puts together to make it 3400 watts? or if all 4 channels come out of that 850 watts and not visa versa.
