to get an Incomplete? I'm a sophomore in college. Right now my class load is very heavy as is, and I was bedridden entirely for 2 weeks. I was able to catch up in 3 of my classes, but organic chemistry unfortunately was not as forgiving.
I got a B+ on the first test (56, class average 50). I missed the 2nd test entirely, but had a doctor's note and was told the test would be pro-rated. The 3rd test, I was still playing catch up and got a 35 (class average 56). I'm going into the final with what appears to be barely a D. I have 2 finals the day before my Orgo test, and I've been studying 10 hours a day for the past 3 days to get to a point where I feel comfortable with my expertise in those 2 classes (genetics and calculus).
Problem is, I'm now at 36 hours before my organic chemistry test, have studied 150 of the 450 pages I need to cover for this test (let alone reviewing old tests or extra material) and am feeling completely hopeless. I don't fully understand the stuff covered in the 2nd test, I obviously didn't understand the stuff on the 3rd test, and the final covers 2 more chapters on top of both of those.
Is it possible to take an incomplete in a case like this, and take the final of another section?
