I want to take a cooking class over the summer!?

I'm 17 years old and I want to sign up for a cooking class. I have never done it before and I need some help. I've been trying to find one that's not so expensive, but I have had no luck. I live in Boise. Can you help? I looked in the yellow pages and google, but I couldn't find anything in my area!
