I want to help with the improvement in our schools what career is this?

I see in the education system, counselors tend to not get involved much with the schools--- doing advocacy, prevention programs, making sure children and parents are aware, making sure mental health is important in the home, school, and community. I obviously take pride in these things.
What career would be best for me, since I am so passionate in this!
