...a patient? When coming to Mid City Clinic Front Desk in San Diego, I filled out paper already for checking up with Dr.Marquardt. After waiting for an half of hour, 2 nurse assistants from Dr.Marquardt Office came out, calling and receiving me, leading me to the Doctor office for BP, Puse, Weght , Oxygen check up. At that time, a Chinese American named GI. Chau also working at Front Desk came in, yelled and scolded me with her impolite, rude manner in the presence of 2 nurse assistants there, for reason that I did not work with her for having new check up processing. I never seen and never met her when coming to Front Desk. She yelled and scolded me without reason. I ashamed and felt so angry. She always shows herself as an authoritative and has rude attitude towards other patients who can't know well English so she yelled and reprimanded them without reason. After visiting with Dr.Marquardt I reported to her, asking her to reconsider the attitude and behavior of her bad personnel towards an old patient 76 years old as me, and I feel so ashamed! But Dr.Marquardt said to me she is sorry for she is busy with her work and she left it over even A Clinic Front Desk Girl is under Dr Marquardt control.
 
On what planet are you living on that you think it is necessary or appropriate for you to post specific information and/or personally identifying information about this? You do realize that you could be waiving some of your rights to privacy by disclosing so much information. Additionally, by making it possible to identify you - you could be subjecting yourself to a lawsuit based on slander.
