I no longer have Satellite Radio in my car but it's always fuzzy in the mornings?

We have a chevy malibu that used to have satellite radio. Me and my husband didn't think it was worth paying monthly for but now when I get in my car in the mornings its fuzz on local stations. In the evening it's fine but the mornings are horrible. Why is this and what can I do so I can hear the local stations?
