I need to replace an audio player in my car.?

Hey, I have a 99 nissan altima GXE, but it doesn't have an audio player. No deck of any kind. I have a deck that fits the place it should be, I think it's from a Honda, but the wires don't match up. I mean, the connection that has about 20 different wires that are supposed to line up.

I won't lie, I don't know anything about cars, so is there a way to connect these with an adapter or something?
