i need help with my rockford fosgate amp punch p200-2?

I hooked it up in a friends car and it worked then I took it to get it installed and they said the output didn't work what could have went wrong and can I replace a part instead of buying a new amp or could they have made a mistake please help thanks =)
 
when u say u hooked up, i presume that means wired speakers and everything to amp. sounds like ur speaker leads may have touch together. a few things could have went wrong. yes u can replace the outputs. u can send it to rockford. may cost u a little though but cheaper than buying a new amp
