I am a beginning/novice DJ using a Hercules MK4. It's great for a mobile application but I need something more substantial since I just booked a 3 night a week gig at a new night club. I am looking at the Denon MC 6000 and the Pioneer DDJ ERGO. My price point is around 500-600 bucks. I am currently using Virtual DJ and want a controller that will work well with that. The gig starts in a few weeks and I want to get used to the new controller before I start this new venue. Any thoughts to which controller I should get?
