I Need HELP, IS this amp and sub set up good/will it put out good bass?

I plan to buy these Subwoofers:

12" Power Acoustic PW3-12H. 2 OHMS, Peak Power 2400 WATTS, RMS Peak power 800 WATTS.

Amplifier:

Hitron HA-1000.2 (Black). RMS power( 2ohms) 350 x 2 Channels, Total RMS 800 WATTS, Peak power output 500 x 2 Channels and Peak Power Output 1000 WATTS.

I will be running all of this of a 130 amps alternator and a stock radio in a 2002 ford tarus or a 200 honda oddessy.

Please put in any comments i am clueless in these things.

WILL set up work?
