I need a site that can covert YouTube videos into ringtones, for FREE?

Like Ventones used to be, before they got rid of the option to use YouTube videos. SO DO NOT SUGGEST VENTONES. I need it to be 100% free, no scams, and it has to have the option to turn a YouTube video into a ringtone, and have it sent to my phone in a text message or something. I've looked everywhere, and I can't find anything.

Or, if you know where I can just get "Not Good Enough for the Truth in Cliche" by Escape the Fate (Ronnie's version, not Craig), for free, without having to use a YouTube video, that would work too. XD

Download the internet download manager to download the videos from youtube then download format factory and use it to convert the mp4 or whatever video is that video file then convert it to mp3 then transfer the mp3 file to your phone
