I need a reliable cheap amp?

HI, i have a pair of ten in pioneers and i need a amp to power them that roughly puts out about 400-450 rms at 2 ohms in two channels. I am looking at amps on ebay but i am not exactly sure which are crap. PLEASE do not just list the cea rated amps NAME specfic brands,models, and where i can buy them my budget is about 150 so do not suggest jl because it is overpriced!
 
Why does the amp need to be 2-channel?

You'd be better off with a mono amp...and it would be cheaper.
