i live in SC.. im looking for a cheap sportbike to buy.. more specific a kawasaki ninja?

i have experience with bikes but im rly a beginner.. in need a bike to drive to school.. thats the only thing i intend to do with the bike.. anybody who lived in South Carolina got 1 for sale?? budgets $3000 and im looking for a sportbike.. kawasaki ninja is what im really looking for but anythings fine
