...that powerful.. why? Well yeah I have 2 brand new kicker l7 15", the amp is a precision technike 2000 watts x 2... I connect them today and they dont sound strong enough. The box is perfect for them, it was built specially for them according to kicker information of how to make boxes for specific subs. I britch the subs by putting together both negative of both coils and both positive of both coils. I britch the amp as well by installing the positive cable of one sub and negative cable of the same sub to both channels of the amp, meaning in channel one i connect the + and channel 2 I connect the (-). same with the other sub. I have done that before and worked perfect and now it feels like I have 2 8" non brand lol... Please help me... I believe I need a bigger amp maybe, or tell me a way to connect it in a better way... help...
well they pretty straight foward says coil 1 + or coil 2 -, and i connect them + with +, and - with -. they are dual 4 ohm, and amp stable 2 ohms.. and they dont sound like bad, just not enought power. like they dont even move that much

It sounds like your wiring is wrong. The Kicker L5/L7's have a setup to where the + and - posts are marked with a white dot marking posts 1 and 2. Let me guess they sound like they are really muffled and straining to produce sound. Now are the subs the dual 4 ohm, or dual 2 ohm models, is the amp 1 ohm stable, or 2 ohm stable. All this needs answered before you can get a straight answer on what is wrong.
