Most people will end up in jail, anyways, regardless of race.

Most people spend at least one night in jail for minor crimes such as DUI's and Fighting at least once in their lives.

(So if only 30% of all black men will at least spend a night in jail then that seems pretty low and that is not nearly as bad as it used to be.)

Sad to say you are correct. Allot of super sensative minorities will probably bad mouth you. But the major reason they do, is because you are touching a very sensative area and they know this sort of like a state of denial. Its a pretty normal defense mechanism. Remember the truth can be painful but is truly less harmful than a bold face lie.
 
cuz blacks are more likely to be targeted for crimes. you c three black men riding in car in the ghetto they for sure doin sumthing bad while a car full of whites could do the same and the cops will drive right by. i think ppl assume that blacks are always doin illegel stuff vs. whites.
 
It's probably not true. I'm sure there are some developing countries in Africa where there is civil war or something and for that reason there are not really any legal systems in place... so there wouldn't really be many operational jails. I would find it very hard to believe that 1 in 3 of all black people will spend time in jail.
