I basically don't have Ideas on what to cook for them, I know how to cook really Good, but I don't have experience on Toddlers meals. Any Ideas Thanks You.

anything you eat, they eat. Don't get in the habit of thinking kids need a special meal just for them, most "kid" food is full of fat, preservatives and crap!

I agree with your kids eat what you eat! BUT there are some things we might change up a bit. I know my son really loves steamed broccoli (and I do too!) so we eat it ALL the time. Also my kids love Lipton's broccoli and cheese rice, it's quick and easy too! We do a lot of ritz baked chicken, it's fun and easy and I even let the kids smash the crackers! Also I like to take some ground beef or turkey and make tiny meatballs, I always put in some shredded cheese and a little light ranch dressing too, so they are super tasty, and I'll make some bigger ones for me and hubby. Don't stop giving them something if they don't like it now though, keep trying! Just make sure it's not too spicy or over-seasoned as children do not enjoy this at all! I do not even ALLOW my children to say they don't like something if they haven't tried it. My 3 year old kept telling me he didn't like his pork chops, but he hadn't taken a bite yet and I literally told him he would go to time out if he said he didn't like it, he wasn't allowed to say that unless he tried it first. I'm a stickler for making my kids eat though because they are both super little and my son is underweight and has had some kidney issues. Good luck!!!

I give my kid plainer things like brown rice, steamed vegetables, simply cooked meats... nothing overly spiced or sauced. I'd like them to learn to enjoy the taste of the food itself, not the sauce you put on it.

We also do make your own pizzas, quesadillas, homemade bread, homemade pasta, homemade mac and cheese, etc. And to totally break my own rule - curry. My kid likes curry.

Just so long as they're being offered a nutritious and balanced meal, it doesn't have to be fancy.

annabel karmel has writtern a book on easy, tasty food for toddlers.

not sure i spelt her name right, as i gave my copy away a while back ( my son is now 6)
