...the challenge.
? I was doing the kind of sit-ups where your arms are at your sides last week after not having done them in a long time. This put a strain on my neck that I was not aware of at the time. The next day I could hardly move the left side of my neck and the muscle that connects my neck to my shoulder. It has got a little better but sleeping has become a nightmare because whatever healing gains I get during the day are lost after a night's sleep. I have tried using a pillow, using no pillow, and a half-pillow arrangement but nothing seems to work. Thoughts? Thanks so much.
