1. Does anyone out there have a PDF or word file of the owner's manual? Would you send it to me or post it somewhere?
2. Do you use the clutch to shift gears on this bike between 2-3, 3-4 etc.?
 
you should be able to find an owners manual online. and most importantly take a safety class. the information you need is better explained by a qualified instructor than we have space to do so here. nevermind the class will save your life and more than once. good luck and ride smart.
