i have a kawasaki kdx250, its spittin oil out of the exhaust and only has half

power, wats wrong with it? its an 81 kawasaki kdx250, 2 stoke, the bike starts up first try, but when i go its like i only have half power, and it sounds really bad, and also its spittin oil out of the exhaust, i took the head off and checked the piston, it was like new, and had new rings, and the heads not cracked..idk wats wrong with it..plz help
