Check pp. 61-62 for the oil level and pp. 68-69 for the coolant level (both in the "maintenance and adjustment" section - unfortunately they break down each manual into more than a dozen individual PDF files). BUT let's praise them for offering many manuals for free on their website - the other manufacturers should do that too!
