Take it to a professional. If you are a professional take it to one that knows what they are doing.
 
i have a 1999 Kawasaki ZX6 and i tried to start it one day and a pop from somewhere came out and i smelled something electrical burn ..now it want start what can i do?
 
so, something shorted out. you can take a good close look first, see if you can find any spot that looks burnt-and then, take it to a shop!
