i have 2 kicker comp 12's are they being poweredd adequately?

They are being powered by a 1000 watt sony xplod amp and a 900 watt valor head unit. Also I'm thinking about getting new door speakers because the ones I have on tbhe left side keep cutting out. Is kicker the best for them too? Also what is the price of door speakers and a higher powered kicker amp? Thanks
