I Had Speeds Of Over 80 Kb/s On Overnet!

hey MUSLEMAN i've tried downloading that file you pointed out. I did and it's working except, i am only able to download at speeds of 30kps max. I have a dsl connection 1.5 downstream and 256 upstream. Any help?

What settings did you put in the networks option?
 
incase you forgot all of these p2ps are there so first and formost we can get the files we want as fast as bossible, so faster = better, the rest is bs :lol:
 
im quite sure that when u have a proxy loaded in ie that overnet follows the ie settings...
try opening overnet and then using a proxy through ie. there should be a difference if the proxy is slow enough and over is fast enough

how many files were you downloading.. ive gotten 100KB/s on overnet cracked with only 7 files downloading. Now i cant do port forwarding so my downloads rarely go over 10, but 80 isnt that rare.
 
that depends on the loader but remember we are all here to share, and that goes against it, imagine if all of us did that, it would take all of us years to get files :lol:

set your upload to 10 or 20 and if will not mess with your download speed :lol:

and make you klite folder or other folder available to overnet also, so they will be shared and you will get more connections that way :lol:

Another question for you:
Does overnet use credit system like emule, because i cant find the same files used in emule in it. And if it does, how would you know which files to copy over to retain them.
 
It was the read out from the actual program and I could see that 90 or so KB was being added to the "Transfered" column.

I was only downloading 3 things while I had this going. That was what was weird.

Overnet cracked? What is that?
