Now what do you guys think I need to add to my list? With the 3 12's im thinking about getting a 2000 watt amp, 4 tweeters, power cap, and wirers to hook everything up. What else you think I need? Do I need to be worried about anything like windows breaking or my batery dying down?

idiots. a capacitor will NOT prevent your battery from dying down, a capacitor will have NO use to it for your system.
those subs are only 400 rms (so 1200 total rms). you do NOT want to wire your tweeters AND subwoofer to that amp. just the three subs, find a seperate amp to power the tweeters. i highly doubt 3 cvr subwoofers would break your windows, i doubt they will even shake at all so dont worry about your windows. i can ASSURE you that your windows wont break, or even flex lol.
to power your subs correctly so you dont ruin them, you want either (depending on the impendancy of your subs)
if the subs are ALL dual 2 ohm voice coils, you want to wire them in series to the amplifier, this will show a 1.34 ohm load you want an amp that will do 1200 RMS @ 1 OHM, great amp for this is the AudioQue AQ1200D amp (i have one)
if the subs are ALL dual 4 ohm voice coils, wire in paralel, it shows a 2.67 ohm load, so you need an amp that can do a little over 1200 rms @ 2 ohms, so around 1300 to power these properly. you COULD use the kicker zx 1500.1 amplifier, and just set the gain accordingly to get the 1300rms out of it (it does 1500rms @ 2 ohms)
such as your battery dying, wont happen.. your system doesnt even pull power from your battery, it pulls it from the alternator. the ONLY thing a battery is used for is to start the car, and run accessories while the car is OFF. which if your running a high powered system when the car is off, your simply retarded.
you will however, need to upgrade the big three for your vehicle to allow better power flow. you MAY need to either, add another battery or upgrade to a HO alternator. but either way you WILL need to replace your current starting battery with either a optima YELLOW top or a kinetik power cell (id prefer the kinetik over optima, better performance) you want to upgrade your starting battery with a kinetik HC1200 battery, and if you dont upgrade to a HO alternator you may need to add a second battery close to your amp(s) and run 1/0g wire from starting battery to second battery, then 1/0g wire to the amp its self.
and the alarm, its not needed.. its not that valuble of a system, and dont take it to best buy, they will rip you off terribly.. and no, you wont need window reinforcments.

Take it to bestbuy so you dont mess anything up if it comes down to it youll need to get your windows reinforced plus it will be warrentied and def an alarm system

might want too look into a better alternator and a damn good Alarm
