i got 2 750w rms subs and wonder if a 800w amp will be enough to power them?

should be an obvious answer. no it wont. you need atleast a 1500watt or a 2000watt amp then you wil be happy.

kicker,hifonics,ma aduio,soundsteam,fosgate

all those brands have 1500 n 2000watt amps and very good. shop around
 
its not ebought but if thats all you have and dont really have money to spend then hook it up i have two 12" solobaric l7's with a 800 watt pioneer amp freakin loud
