i did hook up my zx2500 and my kicker solo x 12" my sub 2 ohm i make to 1 ohm

it work but kind off smell burn? it work but i see smoke come out from the sub box and smell burn , so what i did i put on 4 ohm so it's not burn the coil. i thought the zx2500 should compatible with my solo x 12" if i do 1 ohm to push all the power . any sugastion out there what should i do
