I Demand My Money Back!! The Worst Films You've Ever Had To Sit Through

Really? I thought that movie was pretty good. The one I would have wanted my money back on most recently would have been the Simpsons movie. Could have waited for someone to buy the DVD.

Time for me to get Flamed.

I thought "No country for old men" was the most boring heap of steaming donkey turd I've had to sit through.

Others that make my list include

Titanic (overrated with a suicidal sound track)
Gangs of New York (again overrated and just plain dull)
Pokemon 3 (It was my autistic brothers birthday, we were the only 2 people in the cinema)
Star Trek III the search for Spock (no explanation required)
Vantage Point (Didn't have a point)

Thankfully I have so far avoided the Sex in the City Movie but I have no doubt it would top the list if I had.

Some of the worst films I'v seen:

The Crossing Guard-The most boring, unrewarding film I'v ever seen. Ultra pretentious.

Lava (I felt obliged to sit through it when someone bought me it for a present) Immature, dumb, unfunny British "comedy".

Evil Aliens- Possibly one of the dumbest movies ever made. It's one good aspect was a sexy actress / model, Jodie Shaw. But even her looks don't come close to saving this!

They're are loRAB more though!

sounRAB a little too deep tbh.

I'm not comic fan and went in expecting some good light viewing and was met with this. The story was so complexed that if you blinked you missed half of the plot.

The spiderman trilogy was better than this series imo.

One thing i do agree with the majority is that Ledger's performance was incredible.Well done to him.

I'll agree with them on Eternal Sunshine, that film was up its own arse big time.

Love the fact that AI continues to get mentioned and I agree with everyone :D

OH thought it would be a good idea for us to watch Alexander one New Years Eve
It was the biggest pile of pants ever.
At 10 to Midnight I went to bed and told him he could sit and watch the ending on his own.
Utter c**p and a waste of 3 hours of my life.

Cloverfield,

I was really looking forward to this but after seeing it I really don't understand the hype over this movie, I thought the stills looked good and therefore made a point of watching it. frankly i wish i hadn't bothered. filmed in a blair witch shaky cam recorder style which was really anoying after the first 10 minutes and even after seeing the film I have no idea what it was or where it came from or why the film is even called cloverfield, also there was no real ending, it just stopped, I have more questions now than before i watched it. looked to me like they have left it open for a sequel which i will definitley not be watching. Terrible!!!

If anyone does actually know why it is called cloverfield please post as i honestly have no clue.

Yeah, if I saw it now it probably would be a treat but when you're ten years old and high on Empire Strikes Back it kind of didn't quite hit the mark.

and UV, you're easy to please. You've never rented a video or bought a DVD and though 'oh my god, that was bloody awful!'? I do it alot just lately, I think I'm turning into a grumpy old man, either that or films are getting worse.

That's exactly how I feel about The History Boys. Absolute trash. Paedophilia within the toff community, and boredom that makes Gangs Of New York seem appealing.

Funny really, because judging by the reactions on the HP6 thread i'm surprised it's not been mentioned a million times.
But I liked it myself.

You're not alone. I usually refuse point blank to watch a film that has Tom Cruise in, he's the biggest ham in my book. Although saying that, I do actually quite like 'Interview With a Vampire', which also has Brad (The Ham) Pitt in it.
