I Demand My Money Back!! The Worst Films You've Ever Had To Sit Through

I have come to the conclusion that you are not very good at choosing a good film to watch! You actually sound like a film critic. They dont seem to like ANYTHING,particularly films that end up really popular. That idiot on radio 1 (James King) and Mark Kermode talk as if their opinion is RIGHT. They say things like " the film is taking itself too seriously"

I was disappointed by kingdom of heaven and Mr. &Mrs. Smith. Even cutie Brad and hot Angelina do not improve the situation. But the worst film I ever seen was Cube 2. You know this movie? BORING!!!

Not really. I'm prepared to watch everything and judge it (except Titanic - obviously!) - not my fault that one after the other sucked.

With regard to the superhero genre, I was never into the comics either, I much preferred war comics like Victor etc then moving onto 2000AD with Hook Jaw, Strontium Dog etc.

The Village, The Matrix and Napoleon Dynamite.

I thought the Village was incredibly poor. I can understand how the Matrix may appeal to the viewer, but it's not my type of movie. Napoleon Dynamite - I think I laughed once. Characterisation was poor, couldn't really see a plot running through it. Very bad.

You're seriously trying to suggest that "The Blues Brothers" is one of the WORST films you've ever seen? What a load of pony. I'd hate to think what your favourites are

There is a very simple and straightforward answer to that: I didn't know that it was rubbish until after I had seen it. I deliberately don't come onto forums like this to read reviews of films which I haven't yet seen, because I don't want to be told the story before I've seen it myself.

You have listed five films which are (in your opinion) crap, and then - for some reason - assumed that a different film will "therefore" also be crap. According to the same logic which you have used, I could write:

"Airplane - hilarious
Titanic - brilliant
Downfall - excellent
Cry Freedom - excellent
Terminater 2 - superb

Mmmm...there's a new one - Disaster Movie. I wonder what it's going to be like
."

But unlike you, I don't automatically assume that all films are going to be rubbish just because some films are rubbish.

Some comments in bold.

It's amazing that after all these apparent plot holes you miss out the biggest: Surely any advanced alien species is going to know about disease, infection and immunity. This is the classic criticism of the original novel where Wells used a deus ex machina to end it abruptly when no probable happy ending could be foreseen.

Me and a friend walked out on one of the sequels to Jurassic Park, can't remember which one, but they're all bad imo!

Mission to Mars, Battlefield Earth and the remake of The Wicker Man with Nic Cage were all so terrible, I only watched about 20 minutes of them - though they do all work pretty well as comedies (unintentionally of course) :D

The Brothers Grimm and Superbad both lived up to their names :D and Starship troopers 2... WHY?! Arghhhh! :D
