I am trying to make assure my varsity spot as the kicker how do i get better?

im a sophmore, my longest field goal is 48 yards the longest kickoff ive had is 58 yards. I want to kick my kickoffs farther and make longer field goals. does anyone have any advice on how to get better. please help
