...pain in my upper ligh area? when i look at a chart of the human leg/hip it seemed to be the Rectus Femoris on my right leg, the trainers at my school said it might have something to do with a hip flexor injury but when it first started hurting it was all of the sudden im not sure how to treat it. please help =)
