I am a 5'4 135lbs male. Im considering buying a used kawasaki ninja 500r.?

I never even roe a bike before but i wanna get one. do u think this would be a good beginner bike?
i AM going to take the course b4 i buy anything. im just wondering if this is a goo choice
 
The bike is perfect for you. As a rider of many bikes trust me, don't get the Scooter with a motorcycle body called the ninja 250. I would get a used Ninja 500 as I have seen those even on the freeway no problem but you rarely see ninja 250's as they lack quickness and power.

I have owned a ninja 250 and in 1 week I was like "oh no why did I get this?" but I ride a ninja 1000 now and I see many ninja 500's on the highway and they are great bikes! See video below
