htc Tattoo hero & other Branded Orange problem in unlocking (Solved hero & Tattoo)

I bought HTC Tattoo From China only to come back to my country I now found out that numbers display in Arabic figures in stead of 1234 etc. I have gone through the whole settings but no solution. Native Digits is not active. What will I do? Please someone help me.

will this update work with other network of Orange ? like France ? Spain ?
 
hoooooo, realy sorry to know this is don't work, it's a friend of me in france, and sell the unlocking code of french network, so he tell me this, and don't work, if I have one in my hand for unlocking with code, I don't forget this thread if I have the solution,

i update my htc tattoo but same problem .phone ask netwok lock every time when phone restart. and network not access also help plz.

maybe this can help, I call my fridn and se with him and he tell me this :

put an differente sim card from original network but with disable pin code, after you power on the phone the phone ask you enter pin code, now enter unlock code when phone ask you pin code, normaly your phone is unlocked,

and this information too :
if you put an sim card with enable pin code, the phone ask you this code and after power on normaly, but not realy unlocked,

post result pls.

Man you are the BOMB! My HTC Tattoo is now ok with full English Keyboard. I am so grateful for help. Now I can use the phone with ease even though it now has a lower ROM version. What else am I gonna do with the GOLDCARD? Can it be formatted?
