how would i get into the fashion industry?

i'm only 13... but i want to have it all planned out what i'm doing when i'm older. all my friends know what they want to be. i LOVE fashion! and i LOVE art... and i really want to get into the fashion/designing sort of thing when i'm older. what kind of jobs are there for this? what sort of qualifications would i need and how would i go about getting a career like this? thanks xx
