How to take out my cd player 2002 nissan sentra gxe 4d? No sound is coming from

audio, but speakers work. ? The cd player came with the car model. If you play a cd or listen to the radio, you have to play with the volume till you get a little fuzz, and if you're lucky, music that is barely audible.
