I'm well aware that I don't get enough sleep. I don't go to sleep until 1 AM or so. I wake up at 6 AM. So I get 5 hours of sleep. I know it's like saying "How do I become thin without exercising" but please do not say get more sleep. I can't help it. My self discipline is horrible.
During class, particularly at about 10 AM or so, I become extremely tired to a point where my eyelids feel extremely heavy and it's very hard to open my eyes. I shake out of this in about 15 minutes or so..
What do you guys use to stay awake in class? What has been most affective for you? Any foods or exercises?
