How to send custom ringtones to my phone?

I've tried many sites where I make my custom ringtone. Though when I get on my browser and put in the link it gives me to download it, nothing. When I send it to my email and open my email on my phone, nothing. So I want it to text me the ringtone. Any sites for that? I got a Samsung Magnet a 257 if that makes any difference. I also cannot hook my phone to my computer.
