i finally figured it out how , all you need is a MP3 or WMA of a 30 second audio clip of whatever song, music file you want. I used some free online ring tone maker site to edit a clip and set the quality to mp3 64kbps so my final file size was 224kb, it must be under 500kb for the phone to recognize it for being used as a ring tone. you don't need to unlock it, you don't need any DRM for it, just a 30 second audio clip under 500kb, Enjoy everyone!
