im culturing a fungi from a tissue segment of a mangrove leaf plated in a PDA, how can i make it contaminated from bacteria and molds? i know when it is contaminated by bacteria because im already familiar with bacteria, but how do i know its not contaminated by a mold? how do i know the diffference between to contaminating molds from the fungi im culturing?
