To clarify further, these are three famous paso finos.
smaller than you're average horse you'd see most places, but still a hell of a lot more substantial than a deer.
As for a new car... I'm hoofing it for now. I was incredibly stupid, and didn't have my car insured, so I'm pretty much S.O.L.
For a smart person, I can do some really dumb shit sometimes... Or more like I can neglect to do some commonsensical things. Other than a very minimal state instituted insurance that only covers injury, insurance is not mandatory in PR. I hit a rough patch financially a while back, and let my insurance expire, and then never did anything about getting it reinstated. So I'm pretty much walking around in a constant state of  right now.
Yes. You may all now comment on what an idiot I am.
If I stop drinking for a while, I should be able to save up several thousand dollars in a matter of months. I think I'm going to save up for a used jeep. It's much more suitable for beaching and exploring the overgrown parts of this island anyway, and I know several WTFers swear by them. Having a little sporty car was a hell of a lot of fun while it lasted, but somehow I always knew it was going to end in disaster. In the meantime, there's an old beat up monster of a pickup truck parked at my house that I can use, but it needs a bit of work before I can rely on it as my main mode of transportation, so it will be at least a week or two before I can get that done.
And 53V3N, No, I didn't have the horse heads mounted on the wall in my den. One of them had a big chunk missing out of it's face, so not suitable for mounting.
It's funny living on a small island. I've heard several interesting rumors about my wreck. I've heard that one of the horses was decapitated(which is false) , and someone told me they heard I was dead(also false... I think).
