can you get some astuce to active it out of sim card? thant for give it

Hi well im not a newbie to pc lol , but this is really getting me lol , I have attatched the error log , its been tried now on 3 pc , Acer on Vista , Compaq on XP and my old faithfull friend still running 98 se , still getting dl.exe stopped working . I have tried all compatability modes and 3 versions of Itunes inc 9.1.1 . Anyway enough of my babble here is one of the logs its an appcrash log .
 
Used Spirit my 3gs 32gb bought on ebay, actived it with my sim from a 3g 16gb both on O2, every thig went OK. I now have Cydia on phone but I still cannot install cracked application. Does that mean that I have not succeded in jailbreaking or am I doing something wrong?
 
It is a jailbreaking tool only that will only work on devices which are activated via iTunes......what do you mean by this brother..how to activate iphone via itunes brother..and also tell me what do u mean by original sim..
 
i have tried to follow all instructions but always stop here currently i am using itune 9.1.07 pls any more tricks to jailbreak my iphone 2 1 313 thanks......

those with the latest information about the unlocking successful i-phone 3.1.3 05.12.01? information can be sent up in here?
