Got problem with some ipa on my Iphone running OS.313. JB = Spirit.
The ipa is ABBYY Business Card Reader just shows the splashscreen and tyhen closes. Another is iBattery-2.0, this file tells me that its cracked and want me to buy from Appstore!!! ha ha ha
I guess its the ipa-files that is the fault here, cause a lot of other apps is working just fine.

your iphone must be activated by original simcard if your iphone not activated and in display is emergency call only then its not supported for jailbreaking.

It looks like you are having problems with your PC. Try it on another one (that has iTunes 9.1.1 installed.)
You may also want to check your PC for virus and/or spyware. Don't play around with stopping services etc., as Spirit requires iTunes to work.
